What are your operating hours?

Our office hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm (Mon – Fri)

Our service hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Do you work after hours?

Yes, we are available after hours upon request, however because we have to pay our technicians overtime we have a separate rate for after hours work.

Do you accept credit card payments?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards and can take eftpos payments as well.

Are you insured?

Tap King Plumbers has $20 Million Public Liability insurance and all staff are covered by Workers Compensation. A certificate of currency can be provided upon request.

Are your plumbers professionally presented?

Yes, at Tap King plumbers all our technicians wear a neat and tidy uniform that displays the Tap King logo. We are constantly provided with positive feedback from our clients that appreciate our professional presentation. Tap King plumbers is dedicated to the clients within the Northern NSW area from Byron Bay to Tweed Heads and the Gold Coast region. This includes areas such as Bangalow, Mullumbimby, Murwillumbah, Tweed Heads, and up to the Upper Coomera, Omeau and all surrounding areas.

What work do you normally do?

Our specialty includes unblocking drains quickly and easily with minimum fuss and mess. We can clear and inspect your blocked pipes with our specialised drain camera and high pressure jetting machine. We also utilise our ‘No Dig’ trenchless pipe repair options, which means we can repair your pipes without having to dig up your garden, patio and concrete.
